I was a big fan of Tame Impala back in 2010 when InnerSpeaker came out, but for some reason I wasn’t a big fan of Currents or The Slow Rush when they came out. I just felt like it wasn’t the same. Well fast forward to 2022 at Forecastle, I saw them live and it all clicked. This was part of The Slow Rush tour which had a laser show. I’ve finally revisited this album and it’s stellar.
