It was true. They’d sent me a link to a... song and it wasn’t for me. Maybe it was my mood, maybe I’d skipped a little too far ahead, maybe I was in a rush. Sometimes responding to song recommendations can feel like a job. A few months later, I sent them the very same song.
When I stumbled across it myself, I wasn’t in a rush. I heard Feel Infinite and immediately got it. I assumed that Jacques Green is British, too. Another thing I was wrong about.
It’s warm, rough, optimistic. Afterglow screams Skream at me.
It’s by no means perfect—I’ll admit that I zone out during what seem like filler tracks. But between Feel Infinite and Afterglow, I can’t decide which my favourite track is. show more
