Some call it IDM, but it’s post-rock. It has to be. There are two songs, 18 minutes & 14 minutes long and... you go through them like:
Kuiper: holy shit the strings are getting louder, MORE delay, MOORE, THE SYNTHS ARE SWELLING YESSSSS HOLY SHIT YESSSSSS, and then release. It’s so good. Kind of like Says by Nils Frahm, it takes you on a journey into a big layered epic crescendo, and then releases. You breathe.
For Marmish: the breather. Time to go get a drink and try to find tickets for the next live show. It’s a good song, it shouldn’t be overshadowed but unfortunately is, it’s drowned out by the ✨size✨ of Kuiper
