Listening to this when it came out was a journey. I couldn't get enough of it. Such a long way from For Emma, in a good way. A friend sent me a pirate copy a few days before release (I think it was leaked for marketing tricks), and we weren't sure if the files had encoding issues or if it was deliberate production techniques. It was deliberate production techniques. A good one to put on the big speakers and turn up to 11.
