Every time The Smile releases an album music critics go crazy... I just don't get it, this band, and this album is essentially... just half of Radiohead and a jazz drummer messing around in the studio with a few guest musicians. There isn't much else to say; it's not terrible, but it's certainly not great, and The Smile certainly aren't the greatest thing since sliced bread... Like sliced bread though, this album and this band is probably best digested a couple slices at a time. show more
