Samuel: Let It Bleed by The Rolling Stones

I’ve only listened to a handful of Stones albums so far, but for me personally, Let It Bleed feels like their greatest achievement! Opens with the incredible Gimme Shelter, which is unquestionably one of their best songs! Every single tune here is a winner in my book, yes even Country Honk! It’s so joyful! You Can’t Always Get What You Want is one of the most outstanding closers to an album I’ve ever heard! Magnificently delivered with such beautiful lyrics and vocals! Goosebumps, I’m telling ya! Let It Bleed has very quickly become one of my all time favourite albums! A masterpiece of a record!
