this is the first album by the maria's i have ever listened to. frankly, this is the first time i've really been exposed to their music at all. ive seen their name around, but i tend to stay with my bubble of knowledge. this album is the fresh, relaxed sound ive been looking for and is exactly what i needed in this period of my life. the vibes of the album to me are reminiscent of immunity by clairo, in the way that its vulnerable, raw and every song is a hit. well done.
