Revolver began as one my lesser loved Beatles records. After one evening where I span the record on my turntable 5 times over,... I finally understood. Revolver flows perfectly, each song segues into the next with no faults. some of the Beatles best guitar work lands on here. Not to mention 3 George Harrison songs is a delight I wish was shared equally on all Beatles records. ‘And Your Bird Can Sing’ stands as my favourite Beatles song with other classics like ‘Taxman’, ‘For No One’ and ‘I’m Only Sleeping’ following suit. This album marked where the Beatles went from good to truly great, Revolver holds ‘Tomorrow Never Knows’ - the truest sentiment to the four Liverpool boys being the best to ever do it. show more

This is my FAVORITE Beatles album. Most dynamic range. Probably an unpopular opinion but I don't care. This album was epic. IMO it also... shows the moment right as they're going over the edge of the waterfall, somehow still straddling their poppy roots but clearly reaching for something More. show more

"Eleanor Rigby" is another incredible song, one of the Beatle's best in my opinion. Points off because "The Beatles" is a dorky name.... Ok so you're a bug that has rhythm? You can do better. show more
