this honestly might be one of my favorite rap albums I’ve ever listened to. the flows are excellent, the jazz instrumentation & production is gorgeous, and the lyrics tell a wholesome & fun story about preserving friendships, even in the aftermath of tragedy. I had actually never heard of McKinely Dixon before I started seeing conversations about this album, and out of curiosity I gave it a listen, and i’m so glad that I did, because this album is simply fantastic. one of the best of the year, without a doubt.
