Found it in a friend’s playlist and was hooked. It kinda reminded me of some of David Shrigley’s stuff but… more grounded? Serious? I didn’t listen too carefully at first but after a few more listens realised it’s a really melancholy concept album. Inject it into my veins. Just wish the jokes were toned down—they’re too on the nose and take away from something which could be quite raw, emotionally. But maybe that’s the point.
