Togepi: Visions by Grimes

This album really nails an ambient vibe; everything on this album captures an atmosphere of heavy fog and dark, dingey, eerily quiet streets with a looming sense of discomfort or being watched. Really fantastic.

There’s a couple tracks that are pretty solid, but it’s mostly just slightly interesting background music for me. Not bad, but not great either.
