10 songs, 25 minutes from start to finish. Trivia: it was “leaked” before a tour. The CDs were delayed. Nobody would’ve known any of the songs on the tour otherwise. Bleak af. I never had time for beatdown-hc or any of the bands that made songs for the sake of tough-guy posturing or getting people to 2 step or whatever. So this really struck a chord. Released at the start of a bleak period for me, and had—needed—it on repeat for what feels like years. Bridge on Insomnia goes hard. SeventyK goes hard. Ceremony goes hard. Every song goes hard. But Sun Heights goes hardest.
